Yes. We recommend a full maintenance program (Spring Start-up, Mid-season check, and Fall Blow-out) because it allows us to regularly check the system and ensure everything is running smoothly before the peak growing season.

What should I do if my street is under construction during a scheduled service?

If your street is inaccessible, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your service for a time when our technicians can safely reach your property.

How do I pay my Green Oasis bill?

You can pay your bill online through our customer portal, sign up for autopay, mail a payment, or stop into our Eau Claire or River Falls offices to pay in person. Prepaying for services can also save you up to 7%.

What is the Green Oasis Promise Guarantee?

If it rains heavily shortly after a weed control application and you don't see results within 7-10 days, give us a call. Under our Green Oasis Promise, we will come back out and reapply the treatment at no charge.
