If your street is inaccessible, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your service for a time when our technicians can safely reach your property.

You can pay your bill online through our customer portal, sign up for autopay, mail a payment, or stop into our Eau Claire or River Falls offices to pay in person. Prepaying for services can also save you up to 7%.
