1. Eligibility:

• The Green Oasis “The Original” FireDisc 380 Giveaway (hereafter referred to as “the Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Green Oasis and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period:

• The Giveaway will be active from June 7, 2024, to June 21, 2024 (the “Giveaway Period”).

3. How to Enter:

• Participants can enter the Giveaway by following the instructions provided on Green Oasis’ official social media channels or website during the Giveaway Period.

4. Winner Selection:

• The winner of the Giveaway will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced on June 22, 2024, on Green Oasis’ official social media channels or website.
• The selected winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within one week of notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prize:

• The prize for the Giveaway is one “The Original” FireDisc 380.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• Green Oasis reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value in the event the original prize is not available.

6. Prize Pickup:

• The winner will coordinate a pickup time at either Green Oasis’ River Falls or Eau Claire location, depending on the winner’s location and availability.
• Green Oasis will not be responsible for any costs associated with the pickup of the prize.

7. General Conditions:

• By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• Green Oasis reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
• The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
