Your annual renewal notice and pre-pay offer will be sent out via email on November 25th! If you do not have an email on file, you will receive your reminder by mail around the beginning of December. To update your account information or preferences, reach out to our customer care team for help!

11/25/2024 – 12/02/2024: Save 10% when you prepay online through our customer portal.

12/3/2024 – 2/11/2025: Save 7% when you prepay for services, online, in person, or over the phone.

2/12/2025: We offer a 5% prepay for the remainder of the season that you can take advantage of at any point before your date of service. To learn more about active discounts throughout the season, give us a call or follow us on Facebook!

How to access your customer portal:

Sign in or create a new account using the email address we have on file for your account (if you are unsure, please reach out!)

Once logged in, you can view any active services for 2025 and make changes to them.

Verify that you have selected 2025 as the year and make sure your account details, such as the service address, appear correct. You can use the “Add Service” tab at the top of the screen to add additional services and view pricing. If you have questions about a program or want to know if your lawn would benefit from a service, don’t hesitate to reach out through the contact tab. Our business hours and staffing will be affected by the holiday, but we will reach out to anyone who left us a message over this time as soon as we can and will honor our offer if any difficulties are encountered.

Once your services appear correct, navigate to the “Make a Payment” tab. Here you will find the prepay discount added to your services. You will not need an offer code to add the offer, this will be automatically added for you. You will need to prepay for services for this discount, this offer will only be available for customers who pay for services through this time frame.
